Rank up classes — Terms of Service

The Service is available to users aged 13 and above; minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent to register and to pay.

Keep your password private — you are accountable for everything done through your account. Report any suspected misuse to us at support@igniterapp.com right away.

When you enrol in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute any course material.

Access to a course continues for as long as it remains active on the Service, unless your access is revoked for a breach of these Terms.

Course prices are shown on the Service in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect a course you have already paid for.

Our separate Refund Policy on this site explains when you can claim a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Courses that have already been largely consumed or downloaded may not qualify for a refund, unless the law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the academy ceases operating on the platform.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not pirate, copy, or redistribute content; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material; or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

The content and branding on Rank up classes, including videos, notes, mock tests and logos, are the property of Rank up classes or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws. No ownership rights pass to you by using the Service.

The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” for learning purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, Rank up classes does not guarantee any particular exam result, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank up classes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
